Terms of Service & Conditions

Before you commission...

✦ By commissioning me, you hereby to agreed the terms of service and conditions.
↳ These terms & conditions are subject to change randomly. I will make an update on social media that they are updated.
↳ The style and usage of writing will be SFW-based written. I will NOT accept any NSFW requested scripts as I don’t feel suitable or comfortable in writing this particular version.
✦ The scripts are ONLY ASMR written scripts.

Terms

✦ Written scripts CANNOT be posted publicly in their raw form.
↳ scripts must be recorded without captions included.
✦ After the commission is finalized, it CANNOT be edited, rewritten , or be sold as profit publicly.
✦ I *DO NOT allow any of my work to be used for N/F/Ts or AI usage.
✦ All rights remain with the writer.
↳ intellectual rights, rights to convert to another format, rights to re-distribute, etc).
✦ I reserved the right to refuse any commissions, on any ground, at any time.

Contact & Workflow

✦ Commissions may take up a few days to at least 2 weeks due to busy and personal life.
✦ Contact can be communicated through twitter, e-mail or discord.
✦ Please do ask for any updates or check in as I will like to update clients and keep in touch with communication.

Free Script TOS

✦ The usage of script can be used and recorded publicly with credit given.
✦ Scripts CANNOT be used as profit usage for service wise ( such as clout or qrt “ $$$ on paypal and I’ll do it.”)
↳ Please ask for any commercial usage.
✦ I DO NOT allow any of my work to be used for N/F/Ts or AI usage.
✦ All rights remain with the writer (Teafiee).
↳ intellectual rights
✦ Script can be used on events ( subathon, donothon etc) for challenge usage.
↳ PLEASE ASK ME FIRST.
✦ scripts CANNOT BE plagiarized or paraphrased.
✦ scripts CAN be adjusted a little for the recording to add a bit of a touch.

Commission Services

Commission

✦ All commissions are commercially included and copyrighted.
✦ If the commission are in need to be private please inform me before I display the finished work publicly.
✦ ASMR Scripts are priced at a flat fee of $70 USD per script.
↳ 2-15 + min type of script. ( prices may change in the future)
✦ Shorter ASMR Scripts are priced at a flat fee of $25 per script.
↳ This occurs to a voicepack asmr or at least 2-5 minute script if it were to be posted on twitter or used as a service. (prices may change in the future).
✦ Please be mindful that prices may be adjusted by complexity!✦ All Script commissions Include:
↳ Draft/outlining and revisions, until approval.
↳ edits within 2 weeks of received final work, if any are required.
↳ Final edited script
↳ Will be sent in PDF format through via e-mail.
↳ Commissioner has the rights to record and post scripts to Youtube, Patreon, etc.

Commercial License

✦ Commissioner has the rights to promotional usage on their social media(s) and streaming platform(s).
↳ This does NOT include published profit.
✦ Commissioner does not have the rights to transfer, sell or redistribute their commission.
✦ ALL commissions are preserved to the commissioned writer.
↳The process work from outline, draft and final draft.

Payment

✦ Payment is done via paypal invoices.
✦ I will send you the invoice for payment
↳ Invoice will be sent after outline/ draft is checked.
✦ 100% of the payment is due upfront.
↳ however I can do 50% payment, but you WILL NOT received the final work until it is fully paid.
✦ There are NO REFUNDS after the work has been finalized.

Termination & Refund policy

✦ In termination of work, there is a possibility that the commission may be unable to finish or accept to the client’s satisfaction. In any circumstances, a refund will be offered.
✦ If commission is terminated after outline and or draft has been delivered, the client is responsible for paying at least 50% of the flat fee ( including NDA or Rush fees).
✦ There are NO REFUNDS after the work has been finalized.
✦ Any violation of Terms of Service will result in a termination of your commission.
✦ If it is terminated due to violation, no refunds will be issued in any circumstances and the writer reserves all rights to the commissioned work and blacklist the client and as well cut-off any communication with the client.
